Local app records
Urge episodes, smoking records, method ratings, personal plans, preferences and reminders are stored in a local database on your device. We do not send them to a developer server. There is no app account, advertising, tracking SDK, third-party analytics or AI service.
Apple purchases
The free trial, full access and purchase restoration use Apple StoreKit. The app processes Apple-verified transaction information locally to control access. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple account password. Apple’s own processing is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Time and device permissions
A time record used to limit trial resets is stored in the device Keychain and is not sent to the developer. Local reminders work only with your permission. Audio files are bundled in the app; the microphone is not recorded. The app does not request camera, location or contacts access.
Backups and deletion
Settings lets you export and import JSON backups and export CSV files. You choose where to share exported files; the destination service’s terms apply. The database is excluded from automatic device backup. You can erase local records in the app. Purchases and trial history are associated with your Apple account and are not reset by erasing records. The Keychain time record is separate from local data erasure.
Support emails
If you choose to email support, your email address and the information you include are processed to answer your request. Journal records are not attached automatically. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive details or payment card information. Messages are retained as necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable retention obligations.
This GitHub Pages website
This site includes no advertising, analytics scripts, forms or third-party fonts. GitHub Pages hosts the site. GitHub may process IP addresses and technical request details to provide and secure the service. This is separate from your local app journal.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information in support communications by emailing ali.ozkul@icloud.com. Manage local app records directly in the app; the developer cannot access them remotely. You may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
