Use of the App
PayGuard is provided as a tool to help users track subscriptions, purchases, warranties, return windows, reminders, and related information. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any information stored in the app, including imported or automatically suggested details.
No Guarantee
PayGuard is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • reminders will always be delivered on time • imported information will always be accurate • the app will always operate without interruption or error
Purchases
PayGuard may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium functionality. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Orkun Özkul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of PayGuard.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
